Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Seekami website, Seekami Scout browser extension, creator intelligence, outreach pipeline, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Seekami helps users discover, evaluate, and manage creator and KOL partnerships. Features may include independent rankings, public relationship signals, sponsorship-likelihood indicators, recorded or reference pricing, contact information, private notes, and outreach workflow tools.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Data and Estimates

Rankings, influence scores, sponsorship signals, estimated prices, and similar-account recommendations are decision-support information, not guarantees. Public data can be incomplete or change without notice. “Reference price” or “estimated price” is not a binding quote from a creator. Confirm availability, identity, deliverables, pricing, disclosure duties, and usage rights directly before entering any campaign.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsolicited bulk outreach.
• Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or disclose paid commercial intelligence outside your authorised team.
• Do not represent that Seekami, a listed creator, or a third party has endorsed a campaign unless expressly authorised.

5. Plans and Access

Free and paid plans may have different usage limits and data access. Paid access applies to the account and period shown at checkout. We may update features or limits prospectively, but will not remove paid access already granted for an active purchased term except for abuse, fraud, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.

6. Payment, Taxes, and Merchant of Record

Where shown at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record and is the legal seller for the transaction. Waffo processes payment, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and buyer support under its buyer terms and privacy policy. Seekami does not store full payment-card details. Prices and billing periods are presented before payment.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may stop using the Service at any time. For recurring plans, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refund requests should be submitted through the contact page or the payment provider’s buyer portal. Refunds are provided where required by applicable law and may also be approved for duplicate charges, material service failure, or other reasonable circumstances. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed digital access and completed billing periods are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

Seekami and its software, designs, scoring methods, and original content are owned by or licensed to Seekami. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to X, creator websites, payment providers, email services, and other third-party platforms. Their own terms and availability apply. Seekami is not responsible for third-party content, platform decisions, creator performance, or campaign outcomes.

10. Availability and Liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seekami is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made solely from estimated data. Seekami’s aggregate liability relating to a paid term will not exceed the amount you paid for that term.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, non-payment, or material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions, refund requests, or legal notices may be submitted through our contact page. See also our Privacy Policy.
