Data Deletion
Last updated: August 16, 2026
You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Seekami account. Uninstalling the extension removes its local browser storage, but it does not by itself delete server-side account, order, Pipeline, or support records.
1. Submit a request
Open the Seekami contact page and request “Account and data deletion.” Use the same email address used to sign in. We may send a verification message before acting on the request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, wallet keys, or authentication codes.
2. Data covered
- Account identity and active login or licence records.
- User-scoped Pipeline items, purchase intentions, and server-stored private workflow data.
- Support requests and other personal data that is not required to be retained.
3. Data we may retain
We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and legal records where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Payment providers may retain their own records under their policies. Retained records are restricted from ordinary product use and deleted or anonymised when the retention obligation ends.
4. Timing and effect
After identity verification, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless the request is unusually complex or a longer period is permitted by law. Deleting the account ends access to paid commercial information and may be irreversible.
5. Local browser data
You can remove local extension data immediately by signing out, clearing the extension’s storage, or uninstalling Seekami Scout from Chrome. Browser sync copies, if enabled, are controlled by your browser account.
6. Contact
Submit requests through our contact page. For more information, read the Privacy Policy.
